We are experiencing high calls on rates and availability, but we cannot reserve dates unless a deposit has been paid. If a request is made on availability, and no confirmed booking has been made, it will be deemed available, meaning there might be multiple requests for the same dates, but will only be reserved once a deposit has been made.

Booking deposits are non-refundable.  We require a 25% deposit to hold the dates, unless otherwise communicated.

Additional discounts (separate to above) may be offered at our own discretion.

NOTE:  No motorcycles or pets allowed in complex

50% Booking fee payable 60 months before arrival

100% Booking fee payable 45 days before arrival

Breakage deposit and admin/cleaning fee payable up to 48 hours before arrival.

Cancellations 30 days or less before arrival - no refunds

Cancellations more than 30 days up to 60 days before arrival date - 50 % refundable

Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival - 100% refundable minus deposit paid

Should we receive another booking for the cancelled dates, the deposit will also be refunded in full less admin fee of R150

Changes:

Changes to be made to bookings 30 days or longer in advance. 

Should the value of the new dates be less than original value, balance is forfeited

No last minute changes to another holiday slot will be considered and will be deemed a cancelation since it will make it impossible for us to rebook the dates at short notice.

If a concession was made to move a booking (within 30 days of original arrival), and the changed booking is cancelled, then the full booking value will be forfeited.

Concessions

We deserve the right to offer concessions on deposits payable, booking fees, changes and cancellation.  This will be at our own discretion.

Covid-19 Restrictions:

Booking is 100% refundable minus an admin fee of R150 in the following instances only:

If there is a government imposed restriction across province borders and permanent residence of rentee is in another province.

If the Shelly Strand Complex is certified as a Covid infected complex with no entry to new rentees.

We offer short term accommodation rental and not beaches, events, restaurants or any tourism facility and cancellation of any event or restriction of access to any public area does not form part of our accommodation rental and cannot be construed as a reasonable reason for cancellation.  No refund will be offered in this instance.
